By joining or participating in activities at Buckingham Boxing Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Membership and Participation
All members must complete the required registration forms and provide accurate information. Membership may be refused or revoked at the club’s discretion.
Health and Safety
Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate. Any relevant medical conditions must be disclosed. Participation in boxing and fitness activities is at your own risk.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants at all times. Any form of abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Fees and Payments
All membership fees and session payments must be made on time. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the club.
Personal Property
Buckingham Boxing Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Photography and Media
The club may take photos or videos during sessions or events for promotional purposes. Please inform us in writing if you do not wish to be included.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buckingham Boxing Club shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation, except where caused by negligence.
Changes to Terms
The club reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
